1 Product description of Rock Drilling Tools

 

DTH hammer and bits are made of high-quality alloy steel with advanced heat treatment to assure the good drilling performance and long service life . They are widely used in Minning , Quarry , water well drilling and so on .

 

All the products are manufactured as per the international standard and well compatible with the brand of Atlas Copco , Ingersoll-Rand , etc .

 

Element "SIX" tungsten carbide button tips , below are the general features.

Made of special and excellent raw material( Element SIX), have more stable properties , increase the yield of complete drilling and mining bit substantially ;
Extra grain size available , have higher impact resistance and lower hot crack and breakage ;
Ground and tumbled, ensuring uniform of dimension and surface smoothness, easier to mount ;
HIP sintered , increase the strength substantially therefore extend service time ;

 

Material : Timken alloy steel for skirt

Skirt turned by CNC machine for more accurate coupling with DTH hammer

 

Advanced technology---We produce our DTH bits with hot-pressing technology which is the best advantage technology of producing DTH bits up to date .
